be always blooming.

I have a tough time pulling off hats (because I have a rather large head!), but when I walked into Urban Wear the other day I spotted a vintage fedora that I HAD to have. Living in Wyoming, I spend the majority of my summer weekends outdoors, mainly at the nearby lake, so my floral baseball cap comes in handy, keeping the sun out of my face and my cuteness level up just in case I spot a candidate for my summer romance.

Soooo in case I have not shared my obsession with headbands (and cheetah print everything!), here it goes:

The obsession started this summer and has caused a slight dent in my bank account. Headbands solve all problems, from bad hair dayzzz to sunburnt foreheads (I know this one from personal experience). While out of town for a family vacation, I just so happened to stumble back into Urban Wear and saw the adorable floral headband pictured below. I have been on the fence about this so-called trend, but after trying on several different floral headbands I decided that I totes agreed with it. Personally, I liked the little flowers with no leaves surrounding them. I thought the addition of the leaves made it look a little too girlish. I would definitely encourage anyone and everyone to invest in a hat or a headband because they are literally life savers when it comes to those days when your hair seems to hate you!
