Although
I missed the great weather here in Wyo, I have no ragrets about facing the snow
in NY.
There are so many things that I did, saw, and eat that it has taken
awhile being back home for it to sink in. New York is like nowhere I've ever
been, the crowded streets and never ending skyscrapers captured my full
attention. Honestly I have never been in a city of this size and I was
constantly questioning if I could see myself living in the big apple. If I
hadn't been able to see myself enduring the packed subways or waving down a
taxi, it would have made me question the path I chose for my near future. I saw
so many opportunities that could come my way with some hard work and luck. Newbury
Street, SoHo, and 5th Street were an absolute dream. Although I have
no idea what the future has in store for me it reaffirmed my belief that the
lifestyle I want to achieve, in the very near future, is for me. Knowing that
there so many more places in the world that would allow me to follow my dreams,
I'm confident I will find my niche when the universe aligns in my favor.
I
started this week back from spring break with three wonderful emails and
finally ending my hunt for an apartment. I'm walkin' on sunshine right now and
I am not going to waste time preparing myself for the rain clouds that may come
my way next week. April is full of fashion shows and projects, while taking
baby steps towards that summer sun. With my little pink planner in hand, I can
do all things.
Thankful
for Mrs. Liisa & Patty, cab drivers, my Kate Spade purse, morning texts
from my dad, pictures, jump drives, and microwaves.
Wishing
you cancelled classes and fits of laughter.
